Technology Literacy Index + World Civility Index

Technology Literacy Index (TLI) measures participants' soft skills in technology. TLI is  created and managed by ITEC and is a subindex of World Civility Index(WCI). WCI is created and managed by IITTI (International Soft Skills Standards & Testing) and is accredited by United Nations DESA Sustainable Development Goals.

Technology Literacy Index currently includes themes in Artificial Intelligence Literacy, Information Literacy, STEM, and ESG. Same as WCI, TLI provides a unified method for students, teachers, employers, and job seekers to measure soft skills. They use an objective and data-based method to assess participants' various civilization indicators. Participants earn points through three methods: [1] Cognition: i.e. reading articles, watching videos; [2] Activities: i.e. participating in seminars, workshops, field trips, competitions; [3] Courses and exams. Each time a participant completes an activity and passes a test, they will earn points on their World Civility Index and Technology Literacy Index scores. The accumulation of WCI and TLI points shows  individual's efforts to equip themselves in Technololgy.
